It's balancing with the intent to prevent players from playing foolishly. You cant just hop in your plane and go crash into an enemy tank because if you do you'll have to pay a repair cost. Basically it is insentive for the matches to play realistically. It ends up becoming a reward system if you perform well (if you don't lose the vehicle you don't have to pay for its repairs fully so any frags you got are basically worth double) and a punishment if you don't. It is balancing and it is good balancing, the issue is that rewards do not grow enough in size when you get to higher BR ranks so it quickly becomes a task to maintain your income
no unfrotunate from my own experience, I can say that notching is not in game or at least doesnt look like its. Specially since that you cant control your radar frequency in game

Q Why is hardly any attention paid to the t34 models in this show? ...You can talk about all those great and modern tanks, but we shouldn't forget about the real fun in the game. Playing a t34 getting a lot of kills and performing amazing stunts.
I have horrendous ping, but Kuban is my all time favorite map. The lack of many buildings means my computer can settle down and not lag so much. I've had loads of fun strategizing my moves, and so far have had great success.
@@Tweaks____ Unless it’s a garbage aircraft, or Gaijin has ignored that it is either very good or very bad (in which case its rep cost should be lowered because it’s garbage at its BR) most aircraft have decently high repair costs and the high tier props and earliest jets always have the highest rep cost in their tech tree excluding a few vehicles like the MiG-21bis. I think all ground forces should have lower costs by like 25% than they do now, but that’s pretty much all that I would do since some vehicles are clearly better then what is at their BR, but they are too bad or ill-equipped to be at a higher BR.
Dear Gaijin, will there be a way to assign weapons to a certain class of weapons? For instance, the missiles of the Bradley as a secondary weapon instead of a special weapon, or the 20mm coax on the AMX-30 as a secondary instead of a machine gun.

you mean like in tank RB, where you use skill to spot enemies and use skill to shoot them correctly? just play tank RB it's more fun at least from my experience, as a former tank AB player.{in tank RB you can use a plane of yours's} [by the way, if you want to get better in tank RB my tip is, to research a tech tree that is how I did it because you slowly get harder and harder battles and by 3.3 4.0 I got used to tank RB, plus you are getting a new tech tree researched in the amount of time you are getting used to it!!]

Ah yes winning one part of the map and then spawncamping the enemy, epic tactics, if only the maps weren't designed during lunch time when people took pictures of their bowls and remade them ingame
This is spawn pushing, it’s an effective tactic that punishes teams that can’t defend or attack. If you have played games against bad teams or with a good team you’ll see that you get all the caps and you keep pushing until you reach their spawn because they can’t stop you.

Maybe you could set your own deflection and elevation in the gunners view and show splash damage on the mini map so you can walk your rounds into your target. Also, you could provide smoke screens or illumination rounds on requested grid squares.
