Can, you Please tell me what to look for when buying the Mylar Balloons should it say on the package for air balloons or Mylar Hellium / can you use air in Hellium balloons I, never done any kind of arrangements with balloons, other than air them up and stick a long ribbon on them for a birthday party. I, always told myself i cant make that kind of a arrangement, looks to hard to make.. But ,now that im having a grandbaby next year, i want to try to make some arrangements. Watching, You it looks easy. But,then of course when im going to try to make one im going to run in to Problems. I, Never Have any Luck
