Would this work on a 4-210?

@@thebalerman Is there a quick way to release the pressure in the hydraulic system? I have a Hesston mower conditioner connected to the White and need to change a hydraulic hose over as I connected it in the wrong control but I can't seem to be able to release the pressure in the lines to be able to pull it out to switch it over to the same control. Thanks in advance if you can help. Either way all the best.

So these tractors have a closed center system with a variable volume pump. Which means moving the control with the tractor off does nothing. One thing you can do is operate the control lever in the opposite direction that the hose is stuck in. This will build pressure on the opposite outlet and dump the pressure in the hose. Once you do that you can pull the hose and put it in the correct outlet. If you have two hoses in the incorrect outlet, ie you have up and down backwards or switched between remotes 1, 2, or 3 you will only be able to do one hose at a time. Operate control lever, pull hose, operate control lever opposite direction and pull other hose. To my knowledge there’s isn’t a quick and easy way to dump pressure besides what I’ve explained. If it doesn’t make sense or have anymore questions let me know.

Is the pto shaft in hydro oil or is it a dry shaft? Do I have to drain hydro oil to change?

I you have the dual speed pto you do not have to drain the oil. It is sealed and should be no oil except whatever seeps to where the pto shaft is.

A 2-155 only came in 1000rpm, I've told by an AGCO dealer who was an Oliver/White dealer a 2-135 housing can be swapped into the 2-155 and make them dual speed.

Yeah I’m not sure about that. I imagine it would probably work. That Oliver guy would know if you comment on one of his videos he will be able to tell you for sure.
