Its a priori probability.... If it is not given then you can compute it based on distribution function (concept of random variable).

Sir, i have a doubt. Is P(x_3=2,x_2=3,x_1=3,x_0=2) and
P( x_3=2/x_2=3,x_1=3,x_0=2)
and Px_3=2/x_2=3) all are same?
If it belong to Markov chain, then only 2nd and 3rd are same.
While in terms of conditional probability, all are different.
the sum of the coloumn should be 1 right? or can we assume any?
For TPM, sum of each row is 1, column sum may or may not be 1
