Respect on the video Dan mate. You’re a proper fan who loves your club, a salt of the earth footy fan. Must have been hard to shoot and edit this. I was surprised how bad Donny were to be honest, some serious lack of quality in that side. It reminded me of when we were demolished at Chesterfield many seasons ago which resulted in Ronnie Moores sacking, oddly enough that signalled a rising at the club to build for where we are today. It’s all temporary mate and Rovers will be back some day I’m sure.
I was thinking of you during the match and honestly, I feel bad for the fans having to watch a 5-0 defeat to us. I had fun tho, can see myself in the away end falling down the stairs 😂 #UTM
We all know the pain of a defeat like that against local rivals. Appreciate the honesty in your reports. In all honesty we could have had 7 or 8 and on the night I didn’t think it was a penalty but having seen the replay I can see why he gave it. Keep the faith. UTM.
Having commented on your last match where you lost 1-3 against my club Plymouth, I can see your passion for your club. Hope things pick up for you. Green Army!!
Chin up mate. I wouldn’t beat yourself up on this but for me this is the best Millers team since the 80/81 season. I think the transfer window uncertainty slightly unbalanced us but now that’s over I think we will get even stronger. As a fan I feel for you but it will improve (maybe too late this season) but either wish you well. Great blog as usual.
I was at both Rotherham league games during our infamous 1997-98 Mark Weaver/Richardson era when we won just 4 matches. I hate to say it but we gave Rotherham a better game home and away with what were considered Sunday league players.
ROTHERHAM UNITED are a relentless juggernaut mate , me play a system which can truly batter teams , but most of all we have a burning desire & passion and the will to win , rebuilding job for Donny in league 2 by the look of it , UP THE MILLERS .
Honestly mate I was fuming too. None of those players turned up for the derby and no one wanted to fight in that game. As soon as one goal went in, the rest followed. Heads down, defeated.
Dan i was behind goal and i thought it was a bit soft. You just caught us on a good day because for last 5/6 league games we haven't been at our best but we're not conceding many so thats been keeping us top.
Respect the fact you know a good goal when you see one pal. Ogbene was unplayable last night buddy. Far too good what a goal that was tho ohh my god my angle was even better. All the best to rovers for the rest of the season
Looks like your in for a painfull run in to the end of the season. In the Summer the reset button needs pushing and hopefully you pick up. Looked like men against boys that game.....keep your chin up pal and keep supporting your team.
I said 4 or five nil shaggy, why? Because there is something not right in this club, it starts at the top, all the way down. If they tried, fought, battled, you could say we were beaten by a better team. Alas we bottled it, they hammered us, yet they didn't seem to get out of 2nd gear. Could we go all through February without a win? On that performance we can lose them all. Sad times at the KM. Great blog by the way shaggy 👍
that performance is the worst I’ve seen them play. Tactically inept, no energy, poor skills, no ideas, no effort. Just not good enough anywhere on the pitch.
From the away end I was laughing at the penalty decision at first cos I thought it was a terrible decision but after watching it over a few times he definitely doesn’t win the ball but it was still a very soft penalty
The worst Rovers side in 50 years.....Non League is calling if the rot's not stopped soon. Relegation certainties this season, and if we dont get quality players in for next season I fear the worst again..

How on earth did you stay till full time 😂 thankfully left at half time can't take anymore season can't end quick enough.
I did exactly that in the 6-0 cup defeat, in fact, I left after third goal.... suffered too much.
