Wait you’re mad that jump frames have similar recovery timing as slide? And a general rule of thumb is if you’re gonna get punished anyways you might as well press. This isn’t just an mk11 thing it carries through all fighting games

In what game outside of maybe fighterz would you mash when there’s potential for them to fuck up their punish you’re literally extending the window for a punish unless you use a dp. My point is this game lets you get away with dumb shit. Burst options in Mk11 are super corny. The neutral is a snore fest. Combos are weak outside of a few characters. Fatal blows are one of the smallest brain and corniest mechanics ever introduced into a fighting game. They’re like Tekken rage arts without any nuance it’s braindead. Recharging meter in the worst way possible. Flawless block is poorly executed and makes jailing a joke if you’re good enough. Krushing blows are the only interesting mechanic but again poorly executed when you have such a disparity between good krushing blows and horrible krushing blows. Game requires next to no thought it’s lame.
