یہ پورے طریقہ کار میں سب سے مشکل کام ہے اور صرف یہاں مجھے محسوس ہوتا تھا کہ میں سلیکٹ نہیں ہوگا۔

Captain Rank is not for NUMS cadet. They can apply in 3rd year and almost everybody who applies in army while studying in AMC/CMH is selected until and unless any serious issue is there.

Captain doctor pay is 99k but after cutting for plot and gp funds etc. You get in hand of around 85-86k.
Yes. There is delay in fcps. After housejob you have to wait for 2 years and then you can apply for part 1. Usually part 2 induction is on "Need basis". When there is need for your speciality. Army will give you induction in PG program. It can take 6 months , 1 year , 2 years or maybe 4 years. Depending on requirement of specialty.

@@Tashi390 Basic pay in Army is less . Captain basic oay these days is around 47-48k. After allowances it comes to around 98-99k. But in hand what u get is around 75-80k.
