i saw some pre amp has SCENE Control and Intervention Frequency Selector, what it does.....
really I never used that but I think the frequency selector you can choose at which frequency ju want to play your system
there is a another one it is a dsp digital sound processor if you use that it is better than the pre amp but it cost more than the pre amp

Sir, what frequency should be set up on Sub level output..... from the equalizer
it depends on what sub your using and you have to listen to it when you set up the sub output
my subwoofer is on my headunit not the equalizer my head unit has it own subwoofer rca and mine is at 80hz

always the lowest frequency because the bass is softer and all other deeper frequencies will still be there.
@@mx1616 okay I can go lower from 80 Hz I think till 50 Hz but right now my sub is bigger than the amp so I don't wanna put the setting lower cause it goes to protect when I play need more battery also
What settings are your head unit on? Flat?
I customised it myself but you should try the powerful eq mode it's good also
Just was curious was it a specific setting that it should be on since you're using that equalizer
@@geoffrey6876 you need a specific setting to have a good quality sound coming out of your system i tuned mine by a friend that does car audio battle so he tuned it i remember in 2019 we went on a car audio battle and won 3rth place amateur class with the same settings

i have a sub but the rca is plugged on the head unit my head unit can tune the sub also so i left it so i can tune my mids a little better

Have a question to, do I need subs to use an equalizer or I can just use it for the doors speakers cause currently I have no subs just mids
you can use it for door speakers also rear in rca plug or front in the eq has also sub in so you can use it for both sub or door speakers

How do you tune the eq?
you have to listen really good to the music you are playing and then you tune the eq the way you want it to be tuned
@@jonatankarijo I have the same eq, and I don’t know what each knob really does. My highs and Mids are pretty quiet and my bass is good. I have every knob set to the lockout point
@@swagguy4101 the fader must be half only you must not set the knob to the fullest half or 3/4

How does compare to a dsp?
A dsp has more options to tune a inside crossover etc
@@jonatankarijo got a dsp installed but wondering if I should of just got one of these...had a massive audio eq before I feel like it just added noise.

Did you set youre crossovers and eq setting on the head unit first or on the clarion eq ??? Or do they stay flat
well I put on every setting on the clarion all the way to 0 so I could tune the head unit and the crossover then I went to the clarion before bought the clarion the head unit and the crossover was already setup so I tuned the clarion eq only

I have a 12 volt dc system in my house,at the moment I am playing one mono block for base and two other amps for for high and mid , I also have a crossover and I use my iPhone as head.
My question is how do I connect a eq to this system?
you need a aux cable for your iPhone that's like a rca then you put the rca on to the main in and now from the eq a rca plug but you need 3 rca like to every amplifier like subwoofer on the monoblok amplifier and the other one on the rear and the front of the equalizer and don't forget to put on the equalizer remote and plus 12 volt on and the ground on the min of 12 volt power supply and then you need to tune it that's all you need to do and you have to play music from your iPhone to the equalizer

What goes on the main in ?
from the aftermarket head unit or deh to the main in of the equalizer (rca plug )
So you don’t have nothing on the aux plugged in ? I thought from the head unit goes to aux! I’m trying to connect 3 amps I have 2 connected already but don’t have more another out put to plug for another amp
@@josecunsako31 no mine goes to the main in I have 3 amps on the eq also rear front and subwoofer out rear goes to my midbass amp that plays midbass speaker and front to tweeters and subwoofer rca to subwoofer amplifiers
