I attended the Bad Tour in Atlanta GA .....No words really to describe seeing him live and feeling all that glorious energy, grateful to have experienced seeing him 5 times in my life. We will never see another performer break records and barriers as Michael did.
Mike was an athlete. Dude was stronger than he appeared and he was fast as hell. Yet to see Chris brown or usher have his speed. They do flips but Michael's feet were faster
32:32 this 60yr old absolutely loved their "Motown 25 performance" of these songs, when they did "I want you back" & "The love you save" they were on FIRE!!!!
The last time Michael was in overseas before this show, he was still in the Jackson 5! He didn't take any of his Jacksons shows or the Victory Tour overseas. So to make up for the lost eras he performed a lot of that older music. In more of the US dates of the Bad tour was when he started to add like Smooth Criminal etc. I have a DVD of this exact show and it says it was from September 12 1987, which would make it the very first show of the tour! This man is genius at whatever he does, he's so talented Silhouette canvases or however you say it, but, the cameras focus on it and a camera on him reflecting multiples onto the canvas. I've seen behind the scenes of shooting these shots as he's done in some videos as well. These people can make magical things happen and Michael is so unique, theatrical. I would've loved to see him live before he passed away😪😔☹️truly lives on through his music and family.
This guy STUDIES these videos, i love it! He sees and notices things not many others do! How many of y'all are frustrated that BAD seems to only come with an alternative organ bridge and NOT the bridge in the music video...YOU CANT GET IT ANYWHERE!!!!
The bad tour was the best tour, I was 7 yrs old when this tour was going on. They also aired it on HBO, and my sister and two friends we were having a slumbering party with watched it live. I'll never forget it.
I love how Michael still preforms Jackson/Jackson 5 songs, because, to me, it feels like he's paying homage to his brothers and how he started, like making known that without them, he wouldn't be who he is today. That is just amazing and beautiful to me😁😁 Btw, i love when you and Randell react to, it's so wonderful and entertaining❤❤

I still remember the mtv special “Motown to your town”. A best friend taped it on his Betamax machine. I couldn’t stop watching it. He taped over it! This was between the release of bad and the way you make me feel. I loved the fact that it was japan in 1987. I was a huge japan nut back then and japan in the eighties seemed like a perfect ordered future society. It was a place where mj belonged.

This was awesome, but i wouldn't say it's the best version of the Bad tour because we don't see enough of his foot work which is an integral part of his genius. Especially for aspiring dancers or performers. I would suggest the the Bad concert in England. Thanks you guys for this ! You have great chemistry. KFC while watching MJ is EVERYTHING.
@mjfangirltv Definitely do the “Victory Tour” this was basically it but just more fine tuned (the Yokohama concert). Victory only performed in the states so he let the overseas crowd see what they missed while also fine tuning the band. The robot on lovely was crazy on the Toronto show. As the Bad tour progressed and singles started and videos started releasing that’s when he was doing more songs off the album. I think Wembley might be from the BAD tour bc everyone was confortable with each other. Background singers and Band had more leeway.
Kevin Dorsey, one of the backup singers, was just on the latest MJ CAST; he talked about how grueling their practice sessions were. Michael was a perfectionist and he expected the same from his backup team! That's why they were so awesome. Give that interview with Kevin a listen if you haven't.

i had an aversion to the first leg for a long time , it was basically the bootleg victory tour but because it's mj i still love it but because for a long time there was no footage of the second leg, we had to wait until 2012 this was the only bad tour, it's fun looking at it now
If anyone notices the amount of times he changes the hand the mic is on for example 9:03 you can see it was on his left now after the spin its on his right. Subtle things like this amaze me.

It’s so refreshing to see MJ fans around my age lol, most people I know aren’t into Michael. Watching you guys react to his tours also makes it feel less lonely to be a real fan

Piggybacking off of your analogy, there are no back-up dancers or background singers, it's live and he performs 90% of the song in the area of a phonebooth. In my opinion his 1992 Dangerous in Bucharest is absolutely perfect, he moves with the slightest of nuance and to the beat.
in my opinon not only was bad his best tour, this concert also was the best , his energy and voice are fresh, although all of the bad concerts were great , in later ones you can see mj slightly tired. example of this is heart break hotel from this concert compared to heart break hotel in his other concerts
I don't think so, this one is to me is kind like a copy from Victory Tour playlist. But you are right about his voice, I agree about it, but for the Dangerous Tour, he had a high improvement from dancing moves, to me , It's overcome easily Bad Tour.
@@ERIC_RENATO but its dancing moves he done b4 so to me it wasnt as fresh and new as bad. dangrous tour was more theatrical, props etc, which all great, but bad was just him and the stage for the part. even in dangerous tour although mj voice and energy is on another level compared to other artist, his voice and energy is umatched in this particular bad concert. check out wbss from Yokohama compared to wbss from dangerous

i think this Show is so cool because it's full of Energy, very fast and i think he really enjoyed this a lot. so yea i think that's why this Show is so good.
Michael was always joking, playing...even when he was deadly serious. The California Raisins rehearsals is a good example...also a scene from Bad 25 where he is practicing with Wesley Snipes!!
