Coming back all these years I'm still upset Will Poulter never got anything, his performance in Detroit blew me away and was definitely oscar worthy, I feel he was snubbed and his acting was under appreciated
It's not underrated, it has very good reviews, but it's been grossly overlooked, I hope the film gets nominations for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Supporting Actor (Will Poulter).
Really wanted to hug Mackie at 3:15 He got a lil choked up. The racial tension and divide in the US, jus needs prayers 🙏🏾 That shit is horrible and inhumane.

The conversations have started long times ago, what we need are legal actions and sometimes not so legal actions to be taken, what they have to say is "continue the conversation and never stop".
It's not "the few"...it is very much the many. And one bad apple, by nature, does in fact spoil the bunch. It's sad that we still have to mute how we want to say it, which is part of the problem.
she won for hurt locker because it was better than whatever was nominated that year. Same with this movie. I doubt this will not be nominated and that there will be better movies before March. Just compare Lala Land and Hurt Locker...different years but WTF?
