Did you know the commantis boss battle boss fight took me so many days and i started to call it a dark souls boss until i saw a cure command hiding in my inventory and yes the cure command did me one try on char clawbster and spellican including rinzler but yeah i'm now at the anti-black coat nightmare boss which is now my new nemesis
I was wondering if anybody else realized this, too. As if CLU wasn't enough of a detestable fuckwad already... ... ...he used his tech to brainwash some child's heart into being his servant, essentially forcing Riku to mercy-kill them. What even happens to the hearts within Dreams Eaters if they are defeated?
Couple of tips for those who are having trouble: Use Commantis’s little tutu to stay off the ground. Use Energy Jammer so you don’t get one shot. Use Cure as much as possible. STAY. OFF. THE. GROUND. (Trust me he’s gonna spam discs all over the place...)
mr B it stops it from healing itself. If you don’t, it gains an extra and a half bar of health. Wish i knew that i couldve since I literally had it at 1 hp and it healed itself to which i dropped in the middle of the fight.
Because the world of Tron is in the Sleeping Realms, where darkness takes form like Nightmare Dream Eaters. These monsters that inhabit the Dream Realms are a colorful menace that can be compared to Unversed or Heartless. I'm pretty sure that if this world wasn't sleeping, Commantis would have been a Heartless boss x'D
Did someone like Nomura actually say that there was no Earth in the KH universe? I mean, almost all the worlds would technically be a variation of earth, just with different stories
@@arturoayala1004 3:35 look at it's eyes, it's the only boss that disapears like that. Every nightmare has just blank shiny red eyes but when it was fading away it's eyes turned into spirit eyes (weird shapes and different colors)

Feel like they could have at least had Clu fought here. Yeah he wouldn’t exactly be destroyed here against Riku but it would have been fun than this thing. Doesn’t really fit the theme of the world.
A boi with a Hat no you START the world on the light cycle but this boss fight is the same in the 3ds, I know as I only have the 3ds version and it's this fight
For me, the plot of the Tron world is weighed down by an unforgivable lack of effort. Sora's plot goes "wow, Tron showed the slightest sign of remembering me before falling into a pit to be reprogrammed by the world's Big Bad! That means I beat the world and can leave now, peace out bitches". like does he actually fucking care about tron or not Riku's plot is a copy of the movie's plot, which sort of works, and then there's this scene. Flynn suicides to take out CLU despite the armed magic knight from another world who could slap CLU around like a four-year-old. It's such wasted potential. Half the Disney worlds featured in the original KH have plotlines that went WAY off the rails because they were actually adapted to fit the greater KH plot instead of just lazily shoved in there. And this world is just a dreaming world; you can literally get away with non-canon plotlines - having your cake and eating it too. Sora's story should have been all about saving Tron (and succeeding), while Riku's should have been about getting everyone out alive (and succeeding). Or conversely the Dream Eaters and Norts give the world a super dark ending instead, whichever. But not this garbage.
This world was truly bad, this world could have been made better by probably making it the most story plot driven in an individual sense; for example, making the story longer, the character interactions have meaning. It’s like you just show up and the characters mean absolutely nothing. Let’s take Sora for example, the shit just ends with tron falling and Sora sitting there and that’s that? So we get a glimpse of Sora in his KH2 outfit to see that tron slightly remembers him but that’s it? Then on to the next world? Fuck that, they should have never made DDD if they were gonna limit character interactions this way. The only world that really got it right even though they rushed the interactions was Traverse Town.

Put your best Cure command in your 1st slot, so if you use L1, it shortcuts to it. Great for quick heals.
Hands down, one of the most clever boss names Kingdom Hearts has to offer.
Imagine this with Tron Legacy's soundtrack.

Then, try making this boss more dark though...
