I rate his contribution in scored goals at 5% and blame him for 75% of the goal scored against Chelsea.
I would say it has to do with where on the pitch he plays. In Chelsea he is forced to play too deep. He also has an accurate cannon on his right foot that he rarely gets to use playing so far from goal.

I would say yes but Lavia lacks defensive discipline. He also likes to bomb forward and throw a lot of Hail Mary passes. He needs work. This is why I prefer. 4-3-3 but with how much we have upfront it’s not possible.
I agree with you that Enzo Fernandez is also less helpful in that team, but the three worst players I have ever seen in Chelsea since 2004 are Romelu Lukaku, Trevoh Chalobah and Moises Caicedo. Fortunately, the first two left and I pray that the last one also leaves before he does the unthinkable. He needs to give the space to Romeo Lavia and to the loaned Lesley Ugochukwu as they are far better than him.
