Moving On - Headed Towards WARMER Weather

- In this video we move 350kms down the coast to an Aire not far from Peniscola. The Aire itself isn't the best we have stayed at but we wanted to see this area again especially now that we have both upgraded our bikes.
We take the bikes for a few good rides out and explore some places in Peniscola we didn't manage to get to last year. We are also lucky enough to see the castle all lit up and pretty 😍

It is close to the road and on Saturday night lots of loud cars and barking dogs disturbed our sleep. It is in an ideal location for exploring on the bikes though.

A bit about us:
If you are new here hi 👋 we are Suz and Ste. We used to live in Manchester working in 9 till 5 jobs.
In May 2022 we had a mid life crises gave it all up and moved into our motorhome.
We went off to be campsite wardens. Follow along in our journey and see how well (or how badly) we cope with living, working and travelling in a small space together.

Loved that one, the Paella 🥘looked scrumptious, but Paul & I both thought it sounded expensive…. Having said that, we haven’t been out of the country since just before covid 🫣so our grasp on how much things are is off. Can’t wait for our trip in March xx ❤

It is pretty touristy there though so could be a little more pricey.

Just found your channel. Good to see peniscola, we were just there last month. There’s a little Aire at the top of the town which is handy. It’s about a 10 min walk to the castle from there. The castle is definitely worth a look, it’s huge, took us about 3 hours to walk around it all.
We really like Peniscola 😊 So glad we decided to revisit. The Aire at the top of the town sounds ideal.
The castle looked beautiful shame we were on the bikes instead of on foot.

Hi we like it there 🙂
The bikes are pedal assisted but also with a throttle like a scooter.
Yes we have good locks and take the battery off them too.
Any extra security is good we've not experienced any issues yet but we could have just been lucky 💜x
