That quote from Ray Lewis at the end will be cherished forever and I am glad he added Sal's name in there. He never gave them a chance and let people know about it.
it's kinda amazing what the ravens did. Beat a strong colts team in the first round of the playoffs. Then go to Denver in the mile high stadium in freezing cold weather to go against a record breaking Peyton manning. Then travel to foxburrow to go against the pats but yet they dominated them and flacco out played brady. but the most amazing part of that is the super bowl win the 9ers had one of the best defenses and an on fire offence. to do that with dozens of injuries and with all the adversity through the year is just unbelievable lot of respect for the ravens and especially joe flacco for competing with some of the best qbs to ever play.
I think that anyone that respects the game can agree with this. Ray Lewis' last ride was a thing to see. The win against the Colts in Baltimore, the amazing game against the Broncos, the best revenge against the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game, and then the surprise of the Super Bowl. The Ravens dominated the first half of the game, then the 9ers made a great comeback and made it a game, and to tie it all in a bow, the Ravens won it on a 4th and Goal stand. It was the best way to send one of the greatest players into retirement.
natedeanmaan61 Baltimore ravens, greatest team to ever win a Super Bowl comprised of a least 2 players that deserved hard time in prison. But as we learned with OJ you can buy freedom if you have $. Pro Bowl running back woman beater and linebacker that is directly involved with another man’s murder. Thank God for 🦌 antler spray, the best lawyers money can buy and a jury with at least a few raven/Miami Hurricane fans that successfully scammed their way on to the jury for his trial. I find it so weird that he was accused of such a heinous act yet we don’t ever hear it brought up. And although Rice deserves the punishment he got for beating a woman what Lewis did took a life. Ray Rice married his victim whereas Ray Lewis‘s victim was buried in the ground which tells me (A) if she can forgive Rice then we all should forgive him can and (B) people will see what they want to see especially if they are good at playing inside linebacker. How is it possible to murder someone or be involved in it yet have a successful playing career after it? But some dirt bag beats the shit out of his wife and she basically says "I deserved it" doesn’t get a second chance. How things of changed. Nate did that bother you or any fans from Baltimore. Dude is so nonchalant, zero emotion. It’s hard to follow a guy and leave it all on the field when your quarterback lacks enthusiasm. Perfect example is Tom Brady. If the 58 NFL Championship game between the Colts and Giants was called "The greatest game ever played", then this game would take a close second. Greatest upset in NFL playoff history in my opinion.
I should have my fan card revoked, I was about to leave when Flacco threw that bomb to Jacoby Jones and had to stand up in bar in Arlington, VA for 2 OTs, but it was well worth it!
This game was better, because it was against a very worthy opponent. Hard fought, during ice cold temperatures in a city well above sea level, which made it even harder. In the other teams' field. That NO ONE thought the Ravens could win... And that 70 yard pass from Flacco was so sweet... I heard the NFL channel announcer say that when Jacobe Jones ran it into the end zone to tie it up 35-35, *that stadium got so quiet, you could here your breath mist* ...😁🏈 I would arguably say, out of all the play off games they played w/Flacco, this was the best one, because it came down to the wire... And because of all the other reasons I mentioned above...

I heard the whole city explode when he caught that pass
This was Tucker’s rookie season so we didn’t realize it was the GOAT trotting out there to try to win it. Nowadays, we’d see JT walking on to the field for the game-winner and yawn: “OK, game’s over; what else is on?”
I'm from Baltimore, but I live in Germany now. And trust me, I keep up with the RAVENS!!! This is a very emotional video. GO RAVENS!!!
still gives me goosebumps
I saw this game live at Mile High Stadium with only two other Ravens fans. We were heckled, booed at, yelled at, and cursed at in a crowd of orange. I have never seen a stadium get so quiet after a game tying touchdown and Double Overtime game winning field goal. I will never forget this game. One of our defining moments in franchise and NFL history. GO RAVENS!
as a tru die hard broncos fan, this was the most exiting game that ive ever witness IN PERSON (because i whent to this game) cant wait for next season
I love that little kid at the end who does Ray Lewis' dance, lol...LETS GO RAVENS!!!
