DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Update, after weeks and months of writing to various contacts asking for refund.
Booking.com finally refunded half the amount i paid for the new ticket.
The refund was in credit note only useable when purchasing through Booking.com.
Also, i am not able to claim from my insurance because, there was no flight delay or cancel.
Hence, please be careful where you purchase your ticket because this is a loop hole that no one is willing to take responsibility for.
Also, Booking.com did not compensate me for the additional night stay at Phnom Penhn.
I work in a hotel industry and my videos revolves around hospitality.
However, i think my role is a bit different from a typical hotelier.
