My 8 yr old grandson suggested this beautiful video. He has OCD. And found this the best for him. I LOVE it! I have now set this up as a favorite on my mom's phone and she also is getting a better night's sleep. We are dog sitting and he misses his family. Every night after was much better, he settles down and listens to the relaxing water...no birds or other distracting sounds.

Extremly beautiful surrounding. The water glieds over the rocks like swans with grace. It flows greatly. The sound is very soothing and relaxing. I can even feel the wind breathing only by looking at the moving grasses and plants. It sounds and looks real. You have vidiod it presiously. I hope it is a reservasion that it will never be damaged. This is by far our favorite ocean sounds video. We are in our 70s and when we play this both of us notice how much calmer we feel. One of us is disabled and we don't get out in nature as much as we used to. This brings some of the benefits of the beach into our home🤗🌊
