Sure sounds like it! However, that's not actually the case. The K5LLs applied to the Sounder cab cars are sensitive to high air pressure, so if you activate the horn in rapid succession with these cab cars they will make a high pitched noise like that. Still sounds interesting though! The Sounder MP40PH-3Cs have the same problem.
