I would have liked to see at least one zombie arrive in the last seconds or hear its growl to make it clear that it was over and there was no escape. Anyway... nice dark trip!
If the survivors call for rescue in the end of chapter, the pilot will mention if they (four survivors) is the last call. So before that, the pilot might pick up some other survivor that already in the building. In No Mercy campaign, we can hear pilot announce the rescue point in mercy hospital in early chapter and again when we reach generator room.
