著上「港鐵小站長」制服之後 ，除咗有機會參觀港鐵車站好緊要嘅後勤工作地點─車站控制室，實地了解車站日常運作～仲可以透過互動環節體驗車站職員嘅工作，以及喺車站向乘客宣傳鐵路安全信息，幫助提升同學仔搭港鐵時嘅安全意識、有禮好行為、自信同溝通技巧⬆️ ⬆️

Dressed in “Budding Station Master” uniforms , the students get a glimpse into the Station Control Room, the back-of-house of the station. They also engage in various interactive sessions to learn about the job duties of station staff and promote safety messages to passengers. Besides learning about railway safety and courteous behaviour, the activities also aim to enhance students' self-confidence and communication skills ⬆️ ⬆️

btw, consider your steam train being overhauled to do heritage business
edited: i now just remembered, a station master needs to dispatch a train, using the ON, OFF signal / Blocked, Clear signals, which means the child needs to use the dispatching panel in order to departure a train.
another thing a station master do is to oversee a train inbound to the station, this means that the signals should be set by them, so are the junctions!
