My real opinion is that, well yes both games are opposing each other, but they're inspired by the one and only, Red Dead Redemption. Westbound was built upon playability on Mobile, and TWW is more for the accuracy and realism.
TWW is sorta accurate if we are talking about RDR, but Westbound is more realistic. Westbound has ammunition counts and money is needed to buy ammunition, Horses aren't 6 big blocks. Its not realistic to jump and switch from gun to gun every 200 milliseconds.
The ammount of guns in westbound is low but what guns there are is really nice, like you have the mosin nagant, c96 mauser that isn't a gamepass, lemat that has 9 rounds, colt navy that doesn't make you go bankrupt and the fact that you have 2 rifle slots and 1 pistol slot.
Westbound isnt really supposed to be comparable to Wild west, it was supposed to be just a simple and easy game, Wild West has more things and for more complex gameplay than Westbound.
At least westbound devs are honest and they don't say that their games are masterpieces and they don't say anything about an update UNTIL they actually finished, unlike those guys. But of course, both devs, no brain! If they keep doing bad decisions that makes their respective playerbases convulse and moonwalk away from their games then both studios will be dead before they release their big projects
i think with grinding for westbound it should only take you a couple of days for the most expensive gun, but for the wild west it can takes months, and if you are tryna get the spitfire you'll need to find someone with it, see if its up for trading, see if they'll accept your offer, and loose money in the process with the new system that takes cash from when you do a trade, i feel westbound takes the grinding W

Westbound has a simple grinding strategy, but TWW has a hardcore grinding due to players and animals killin' u just to take ur loot. Westbounds combat system is great and not so boring not so bad, but TWW is the only roblox game that i have ever played its most unique combat system like shiftshooting, quickswitching guns, And aim tracking.TWW has everything altough one thing i only hate about TWW is the devs r too lazy and giving trash update sometimes and even slowed the qs or removed it. but both r good but TWW is still the winner for me

The only reason I say westbound is better is that I can grind it on the go, that makes a world of difference because you get so much done compared to TWW where the grind is horrible to do and it is only doable when you’re at home at a PC or console.
Not gonna lie, I significantly prefer Westbound. I love TWW, but it doesn't have the same charm to be. Westbound may look a lot worse, but it has more charm to me now. TWW feels a little more stagnant.
Ima be real: WB is more simulatory when grinding in the mines. Only 2 mining locations, big lumps of ore all in one place, in safezones. Repeatedly smack the rock for a random chance of even getting an ore from a strike at _all,_ and their latest update adds extremely expensive but pointless golden gun. In TWW you can actually use your brain to work smart, not (too) hard. And Auction guns are far from essential to combat. Infact, I could diss each one easily. Minus Auction House, a few trips into Copper Gultch is all you need for a full, good loadout. If anything, the Kukri is the only auction weapon you should grind for. Who needs a sniper LeMat anyways? In the end pay2winning is encouraged heavily, get a frickin handheld riot shield that yeets players and a "free" pistol and you're all set cuz pistol ammo is free.
In faction wars, having lancaster, cursed volc and especially proto is an advantage since they are way better than guns like navy and lindsay. I guess you could get a good loadout with just navy lindsay and winchester for about 20k(30-40 min grind)

The Prototype _is_ decent and one of the cheaper Auction Weapons for sure, but it deals Peacekeeper damage. The Paterson is overrated and overpriced as _hell,_ it is essentially a low-capacity handheld rifle with a painfully slow reload and an overall terribly sh*tty fanfire. And people overpay for it like crazy, around 300k every time! *_NOT WORTH IT!_* In the end, you are better off with a Winchester, a Navy, and a Sawed Off Shotgun for close-range. It's the survival loadout, and I enjoy that more than using showoff 1v1 loadouts like Hardfart, Linsday and Hammerless. Who thought such weapon combos were a good idea???
@@HANKSANDY69420 I can tell you haven’t done many faction wars if any at all. The prototype has 63 headshot damage, 8 ammo, like 3 seconds reload and very high accuracy. That outclasses every weapon in the game. The lan is op since you can kill anyone in 2-3 shots from any range and it absolutely melts everyone in short range. If you do not like the lan there is the cursed volcanic(which also costs 50-60k) it’s basically a proto with worse reload and 2 extra bodyshot damage. The hartford is used because if you hit someone with it you only need 1 more shot with any good weapon to kill them. And with the 8 ammo in a proto that is incredibly easy. Navy and sawed off do not compare to proto and lan. Winchester is good if you aren’t good with hf/martini

Don't assume I haven't actually _used_ the Schwarslose and Lancaster before, because in reality, I've owned every single Auction weapon & instrument at different points in time, minus the Axegonne & Spitfire. I would have gotten them all faster if I wasn't so lazy to not grind more and wasn't spending all my time tryna swindle people into cheap deals with me, but oh well. The Martini Henry is essentially a better Hartford, so I'll focus on it. Unless at point-blank range, it is on life support via other sidearms, and with the QS patch, combo gameplay has been effected severily. It's still doable, but to pretend that this showoff-y Hardfart playstyle is the _only_ good way is stupid as hell. It's good in 1v1s I guess but it isn't practical. Of course though, trying to teach logic to a Hardfart switcher player will be next to impossible, but I'll try. Anyone who thinks of the Winchester as a noob's gun is a toxic Lynx stan with zero braincells. Probably the most OP rifle in game, if anybody QS'd with this pre-Halloween 2022, they woulda been OP as hell. The Prototype may be automatic but isn't the best for spamming people, it is really only best at Shiftshooting. And yes, the Volcanic pistol is so statistically similar, however since it isn't a mag-reload weapon, the comparison with reload speeds is kinda unfair. To be fair, it reloads pretty fast, and the reloader of the proto is certainly never in a rush when reloading a fresh mag, but hey, at least it ain't as bad as reloading a Harmonica rifle. The Lancaster is like slug shotgun, with double the capacity of a DB but still low capacity nonetheless. It and the Martini Henry are comparable as both being low-capacity show-off weapons. You essentially have to have perfect aim if to use this thing effectively at long range. It is far from OP, I'd say the Prototype is much better. My point is, it is extremely naive to believe that Auction weapons are essential to combat, and you're a Hartford player so your opinion is just worse anyways. For the average player, the Winchester and Navy are very, very good. The Sawed off can be swapped with anything better if you're more competitive than survivalist, as it is just for close-range encounters that require a quick reaction with little room to do anything (shiftshooting in the bank vault tunnel would be extremely difficult for example) Anyways, what Im saying is, your playstyle is not for many people, and certainly isn't the most effective. The Hartford or Mar Henry is _not_ an upgrade from the Winchester for most players, and for many, is a direct downgrade.

It’s tragic. Like you said TWW has more items for roleplaying stuff and even has character roles (Bartender, Sheriff, Mayor, etc). And yet Westbound is somehow the better roleplaying game simply because no auction economy has ruined it yet.
In my opinion westbound has better guns, because they have more realistic colours. For example, harmonica rifle is white and gold and it doesnt look really western-type. In westbound every gun has its classic colours, so they doesnt seem unrealistic or like they were from other game.
i think there are only two reasons why people play westbound instead of wild west: 1. not as heavy graphics, a lot of roblox players are either on mobile or a bad computer 2. wild west requires much more skill and for some reason most roblox players tend to not like games with skill (brookhaven is the most popular game??)
Now i would personally give the pvp tip to westbound, as it is more beginner friendly and it makes more sense and in the wild west, we have beginners slamming their pc because the pvp system is too complicated, there is a wild west youtube called batwing who played the game 3 yrs ago and if he were to return he would think he sucks because the pvp meta has changed. And don't forget optimization; it's a 4-3

Westbound is simply a failed money and player steal game, in the first month of tww being out, it got pretty popular and got visits. The creators of westbound were probably failing with other games and just made an inconsistent cheap game off the wild west. It did alright, but overall, as time went on tww got more updates and got massive active players and westbound started to die. The reason to why they got visits is because they allowed all devices on westbound, which stole the slowly emerging fanbase of tww in the first month, almost wiping out everybody who played it. Westbound only really died away from good players though, some people played tww and because of their massive skill issue they started to only play westbound. Now westbound has more active. I think tww and westbound aren't a fan of each other, westbound made an update and just a month later tww (after 378 years) came out with an update.
Bruh Look playing WB and adjusting into it is fairly easy but honestly wild west is a beautiful game with Difficult PvP its way to hard to adjust in that game

Don't assume I haven't actually _used_ the Schwarslose and Lancaster before, because in reality, I've owned every single Auction weapon & instrument at different points in time, minus the Axegonne & Spitfire. I would have gotten them all faster if I wasn't so lazy to not grind more and wasn't spending all my time tryna swindle people into cheap deals with me, but oh well.
The Martini Henry is essentially a better Hartford, so I'll focus on it. Unless at point-blank range, it is on life support via other sidearms, and with the QS patch, combo gameplay has been effected severily. It's still doable, but to pretend that this showoff-y Hardfart playstyle is the _only_ good way is stupid as hell. It's good in 1v1s I guess but it isn't practical. Of course though, trying to teach logic to a Hardfart switcher player will be next to impossible, but I'll try.
Anyone who thinks of the Winchester as a noob's gun is a toxic Lynx stan with zero braincells. Probably the most OP rifle in game, if anybody QS'd with this pre-Halloween 2022, they woulda been OP as hell.
The Prototype may be automatic but isn't the best for spamming people, it is really only best at Shiftshooting. And yes, the Volcanic pistol is so statistically similar, however since it isn't a mag-reload weapon, the comparison with reload speeds is kinda unfair. To be fair, it reloads pretty fast, and the reloader of the proto is certainly never in a rush when reloading a fresh mag, but hey, at least it ain't as bad as reloading a Harmonica rifle.
The Lancaster is like slug shotgun, with double the capacity of a DB but still low capacity nonetheless. It and the Martini Henry are comparable as both being low-capacity show-off weapons. You essentially have to have perfect aim if to use this thing effectively at long range. It is far from OP, I'd say the Prototype is much better.
My point is, it is extremely naive to believe that Auction weapons are essential to combat, and you're a Hartford player so your opinion is just worse anyways. For the average player, the Winchester and Navy are very, very good. The Sawed off can be swapped with anything better if you're more competitive than survivalist, as it is just for close-range encounters that require a quick reaction with little room to do anything (shiftshooting in the bank vault tunnel would be extremely difficult for example)
Anyways, what Im saying is, your playstyle is not for many people, and certainly isn't the most effective. The Hartford or Mar Henry is _not_ an upgrade from the Winchester for most players, and for many, is a direct downgrade.

One another point is performance in which case, Wesrwound is the winner as most people can get more than 20 fps in wild west.
Wild west is made out of hand made models while westbound is made out of free models so obv it would give more fps

It’s tragic. Like you said TWW has more items for roleplaying stuff and even has character roles (Bartender, Sheriff, Mayor, etc). And yet Westbound is somehow the better roleplaying game simply because no auction economy has ruined it yet.
In my opinion westbound has better guns, because they have more realistic colours. For example, harmonica rifle is white and gold and it doesnt look really western-type. In westbound every gun has its classic colours, so they doesnt seem unrealistic or like they were from other game.

i think there are only two reasons why people play westbound instead of wild west: 1. not as heavy graphics, a lot of roblox players are either on mobile or a bad computer 2. wild west requires much more skill and for some reason most roblox players tend to not like games with skill (brookhaven is the most popular game??)
Now i would personally give the pvp tip to westbound, as it is more beginner friendly and it makes more sense and in the wild west, we have beginners slamming their pc because the pvp system is too complicated, there is a wild west youtube called batwing who played the game 3 yrs ago and if he were to return he would think he sucks because the pvp meta has changed. And don't forget optimization; it's a 4-3

TWW is by far better, although Westbound has a much less toxic community, in TWW people do a lot of KOS and stuff
Just a reminder that westbound is supposed to be cheaper and easy to play bc it can also be played on mobile where as wild west is a pc only game so i will be easy to add things as you only make it available for one device

Westbound is like a more simple western version of jailbreak.
Westbound is simply a failed money and player steal game, in the first month of tww being out, it got pretty popular and got visits. The creators of westbound were probably failing with other games and just made an inconsistent cheap game off the wild west. It did alright, but overall, as time went on tww got more updates and got massive active players and westbound started to die. The reason to why they got visits is because they allowed all devices on westbound, which stole the slowly emerging fanbase of tww in the first month, almost wiping out everybody who played it. Westbound only really died away from good players though, some people played tww and because of their massive skill issue they started to only play westbound. Now westbound has more active. I think tww and westbound aren't a fan of each other, westbound made an update and just a month later tww (after 378 years) came out with an update.

Bruh Look playing WB and adjusting into it is fairly easy but honestly wild west is a beautiful game with Difficult PvP its way to hard to adjust in that game
Also pistols in westbound fell just the same to me like 6 or more ammo deals like 20% or 30% of players hp that’s bad except for that gun for 2400 dollars deals almost half of players hp and in my or tumbleweed kid opinion it’s VERY OP (tumbleweed kid [my westbound version of bronze kid)

If you wanna play Red Dead Online, don't play it. Play Wild West or West Bound ionstead since there is nothing to do in Red Dead Online

There is so much things you missed about westbound, First of all in the video you were in a small server and in big servers people aren't mutes, There are ways to glitch into the bank and get money, Wild west has more guns but Westbound is a smaller sandbox ish world and the mining is trash, But there aren't as many sweats in westbound as there are in ww.
