    Pork Meat - 600 grams
    Minced Garlic - 50 grams
    Sliced Onion - 80 grams
    Sliced Tomato - 150 grams
    Pechay - 300 grams
    Green Chillies - 3 -4 pieces
    Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper - ½ tsp
    Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
    Broth cube - 1 piece
    Water - 4 cups

    im newbie po sa pagluluto. may tanong po ako, tungkol sa paggisa ng baboy.
    sabi nung iba kapag naggisa daw po ng baboy, hintayin daw po lumabas yung katas na liquid bago daw po isunod yung ibang ingredients.
    pero sabi po ibang marunong din magluto, kapag lumabas na raw yung liquid sa baboy, wag daw agad ilagay yung mga ibang ingredients, hintayin daw po na mag evaporate ang liquid at lumabas na ang mantika sa baboy bago daw po isunod ang ibang ingredients.
    alin po ba sa dalawa ang tama? salamat po.

      Pareho pong tama. Depende kasi sa putahe na niluluto at depende rin sa lasa na gusto mo. Katulad nalang pag naluluto ka ng tapa, kailangan lumabas muna yung katas tapos hintayin na maabsorb ulit ng karne yung katas para mas masarap. Ngayon pag nagluto ka naman ng may sabaw or sauce kailangan palabasin mo yung juice ng karne kasi yung purpose mo ay maging masarap ang sabaw or sauce. Pero sa totoo lang walang tama o mali sa pagluluto. Wala ring standard nakadependi lahat kasi yan sa gusto nating lasa sa ating niluluto. Salamat po sa pagsupport. God bless

      @@KusinaNiDanlevi sabi raw po nila, malansa daw po yung unang labas ng liquid sa baboy, kaya dapat daw muna tuyuin, at palabasin ang mantika. nalilito po kasi ako eh.. salamat po.

    Okay na sana, kaya lang may preservatives or additives na inadd hindi maganda sa katawan...okay lang if inadd asin at kunting asukal para healthy

    Hindi masarap yang prito muna masyado ng ma mantika para sakin ah...
