I got NIT Kurukshetra Mechanical in Round 1 and there has been no upgradation. I have paid the seat acceptance fee and opted for the float option. If I do not withdraw now and get an IIT seat in Round 6, and I do not want that branch/college and want to withdraw after round 6. Will I get my refund?
