I feel like even if you are matched with players with similar talent. There is some sort of "regression to the mean" effect, which basically means even if your team has similar talent to you, it will also tend towards the mean of the entire sample (which is all the people currently playing live shows). So basically, having high talent is still good for getting MVP, even if you get paired with higher players in general.
it also helps that you actually match up with other players in specific range of talent values when going into pro rooms in general^^ like for example, if you have a 250k team you're not guaranteed to match with someone with the same talent value. maybe you get in a room with 200k, 220k or 260k players. it really depends on who plays when you join pro rooms
that said, if you want to make things super trivial, you can get a high talent team of perfect scorers/fes cards, or a unit scorer + 4 perfect scores and fes cards in the same unit as the unit scorer. easiest way to get MVP and Superstar if you're not playing with friends imo
