They are alright from the driver seat. The steering wheel input is very weird and unpredictable at times. The windscreen is angled that way that you dont have a huge fov , its like you are in a smaller car , it's like driving a Audi TT or something. I also hate the nickel/silver spots in the interior because they reflect the glare so much from the sun, the passenger is blinded from the Android screen (this is about the 2021 and previous models,as I dont see it in this video).

I currently own 208 gt line everything is perfect no problems whatsoever the only thing which started to annoy me is no button to switch of start/stop function
sadly not possible to buy anymore ... or at least in Hungary can't buy a new one ... (just SUV-SUV-SUV ... what is stay with us). But this is not a Peugeot thing ... lots of other band "small compact" vehicle is "missing" :(

Idén már lehet majd kapni ferdehátú és kombi kivitelekben is. Emellett elérhető a 208 és 508 is, utóbbi szedán és kombi kivitelben. Nem tudom mire gondolsz az SUV-SUV-SUV mondatoddal, a Peugeot-nál fele-fele arányban vannak az alacsonyabb autók és SUV-k.

A SUV-SUV-SUV bajom meg az, hogy a csapból is azok folynak, pedig nem ideális kb semennyire, magasabb és nehezebb ezért többet fogyasztanak, de a belső hely nem jobb mint sok compact autó esetén (ráadásul kényelmetlennek találtam valamennyit, egyszerűen túl magas mind, és rossz az üléspozíció éreztem miatta (mint ha sámlin ülnék, de én valamennyi autót a legalacsonyabb üléspozícióban vezetek).. A 174cmemmel nem modhatnám magam túl magasnak, lehet emiatt is egyszerűen túl magasnak találom az ülést beszáláskor sokukba. Persze a gyártóknak nagyobb haszna van a SUVokon, illetve sajnos (gyártói nyomásra) elcseszték a környezetvédelmi követelményeket, és a nagyobb autók aránytalanul jobbnak számítanak mint a kicsi és könnyű autók (így könnyebb egy környezeti terhelésben rosszabb autóval még is papíron szebb számokat hozni) Röviden. Rossz irányba megy el az autók mérete.. Persze a biztonság fontos, de a suvok nem a megoldások ebben.

The truck was already bit behind you and slow, why on earth would you not step on it and go in front of it, but instead force him to unnecessary lane change. That's very stupid and extremely annoying for the truck driver. Step on it people! I used to be a truck driver BTW, and this behavior was so common and so irritating! Like seriously, you are in a small fast car, the accelerator is on the right, it's not there as a decoration
I see myself buying a dacia next time, new cars are equal of visiting the mechanic evry few weeks because of electronic problems adding to engine's. Really miss 80's and 90's with reliable cars that could make hundred of thousands miles without any problem with not too much maintenance. Btw nice video as always Joe, even if I don't like at all these cars, it's nice to see how they behave on the road. Keep up the good work you are doing!!
They just end up looking gimmicky IMO, the quality itself is very lackluster, I mean you can literally hear a ton of wind noise at 120kmh, my 2013 Volvo has a much better isolation than this.. I don't know, they seem like chinese toys to me, very flashy.
@@MilanVVVVV who even really pays attention to the wind and all that stuff as long as it's reliable and comfortable to drive the rest is just optional. I have a brand new Peugeot 208 and tried also the 308 and they were so fucking good.
these are all nice and everything but how are these new cars come without auto hold? Or is there an inbuilt function to not keep your foot on the brake at stops?
