How would cold steel iv normal/bad ending has worked (at least for some time) if the time septerrion is in space all the while? Shouldn't rean/Ishmelga seen it/trigger the reset immediately after flying out to space instead of still being trapped together for some years?

pretty much, it doesn't even feel like a proper length for a main game at all, i feel this is better sold as a 20hrs dlc to kuro 2 than a full blown game, at least sora fc, sen 1 and 3 still feels like a proper game before them being a sequel bait.

@@jeremyargha9086 there's a lot of explanation tho, especially on the part of the driving force behind most of the villains, even during the ending sequence we still get a proper flow of what the protag had to do in the next game, which is why i considered it to still be a proper game, as opposed to kai by which the main plot alone isn't as meaty as any other entry in the series and the ending being a great reset where nothing can be certain, let alone the forced inclusion of both rean and rufus route that had close to no interaction to the main plot of great collapse, like if they don't want to entangle both rean's and rufus team towards the main plot of the game might as well just not have them all together.

However, to make sure that the prison can't be broken from the inside, The Sept-Terrion of Time will turn back time into right after The Great Collapse when Zemurian technology became so advanced people can go beyond space (to see that it's a prison all along), dubbed "The Great Reset". However, the loop is not perfect; Ancient artifacts collected by Septian Church are actually remnants of Zemuria's previous loop; The continent had undergone this process for several times. To counter this, Epstein created the Oct-Genesis as a failsafe should The Great Reset happened using someone from Claudel bloodline as the activation. Gramheart's plan to destroy the prison failed, so Agnès proceed with hijacking The Grand Reset, rewinding time to the beginning of Kuro 1. I don't know what's the price to pay, but it seems like either people will lose memories of her or she's outright deleted from existence.

黒の軌跡1、2で二週まわり最善の結果出さないと助けられない敵キャラたちや人物が生きている世界が界の軌跡だからな。
その可能性ありますが、もしかしたら追加アップデートで追加ストーリーとトゥルーエンドが追加される可能性があると思うんですよね、界の軌跡は今日発売したわけですから、むしろ今後のアップデートかDLCだと思いますね、またはグリムガルテンを完全攻略するとなにかある気がします。
