Rhyl sky tower. I'd be age 10-15 and twice a year on our lovely holidays my amazing dad would take me on this to my mum's horror. . 15 years later I lost him. Age 58. Another 15 years have passed since. But hearing this I can close my eyes and hear my dad telling me to stand up and look out . I miss him everyday. But this song takes me right back to the happiest days of my life. When he was here.

I can see exactly how your dad felt. I was born in 1970 and from first hearing this music around 1983 I was hooked. Ok liked the 80's music (Duran, Duran, madness etc) but it was always the synthesised sounds that did it for me. He must be doing well to carry on doing his concerts

I think of space when I hear it and it take me back to when I was 5 in 76 and my love for it will never die. Listened probably almost every day in the seventies and eighties to JM Jarre. It was my refuge and kept me from going crazy! Now I´m sixty and kind of forgot about it until i heard 2-3 notes, couple of days ago... NOTES!! wich just grabbed me and put me back to those days. Luckily, I listen now with love in my mind. Like so many others before me; I remember this tune (well, part of it at least), when I was a youngster in the 90's, in an Arcade in the UK and remembering so. many. damn. good. memories!!!! :D
I mean, penny machines (£0.01) for prizes, other inventive games. Dance machines, Time Crisis, Zombie something or other (I can't remember, don't really like zombie game tbf), and many many others.
Most of all? I remember seeing my FAVOURITE games company on them; SEGA.
Such amazing times back then... Sometimes I wonder if we will ever conquer time travel just so we can see the 90's again...
But yeah, that's just my take...
