Hi there man. That’s actually a very good question. I dont have an exact answer, and I’ve been trying to research on it. The stamp 1G postgraduate visa is for people who graduate with courses on Level 8,9, and 10. Higher diploma is NQF level 8, so I believe you will qualify for the 1G visa post graduation. However, i think for level 8 you can only get 1 year instead of 2 years. Level 9 and above which is masters and phd, those would get two years. I hope this makes sense. Also it is fine if you get only 1 year, in that one year you can get a job and at-least have an opportunity to convert it to a General Work Employment permit or critical skill visa. So do not be discouraged. All the best bro!

But essentially you just need to pick a university and a course and apply to that course, make sure you meet the academic requirements. Then you need to apply for funding. Could be send funding or scholarships
