Hey I watch these videos for a reason lol. Love watching him cook and eat but his weight gain over 3 short years got me concerned about his overall health. Maybe not now but certainly later. He’s got Wife to look after now too. Look how healthy Mike Chen and Mark Weins are.
What I would like to know is how is he not obese? I mean what exercise regimen or metabolism does he have ? It’s incredible. I envy him. I wish him to have a super high metabolism.

I'm from Malaysia and whenever I watching this video, and I've been seeing this Fried chicken in McDonald's and they serving with rice as well from my country (and also Indonesia) and its become common in most of south east asian states. Besides, AnW & Burger King are also selling fried chickens.

That's the same fried chicken my local mcdonalds used to have in the mid 90's in Brooklyn NY. That went away after a few years or so, but was definitely competition for popeyes spicy at the time.
I'm in Michigan I never heard of McDonald's selling fried Chicken I highly doubt I will try it I'm good on eating fried chicken from McDonald's some don't seem right
