Hi I'm Diagnosed also with ET. and was advised to take Hydroxyurea... Did you take the same medicine as mine?

I was just diagnosed with JAK2/ET. Prescribed 500 mg Hyderabad 2x per day. In two weeks it lowered my platelet count from 725=to 550. Waiting for the results of my bone marrow biopsy. Good luck

On the same journey. ET with Jak2 mutation and on hydroxyurea. 875k down to 645k platelets in 4 weeks. Not able to resume my previous activities yet - the fatigue is enormous. Good days snd bad days.
