I saw the documentary on Tobias Forge’s upbringing and how his step mother pushed her Christian beliefs on him but also punished him in her “Christian “ ways. This is why he doesn’t take to Christian beliefs and performs his beliefs which is fine freedom of expression and religion. I just think that people that abuse other people in the name of God is pure evil!! That is more satanic than Ghost’s amazing presence.
I watched the documentary too. My takeaway is that Tobias’ step mom weaponized Christianity and forced it on him. She projected her own hang ups on impressionable boy. How sad. He walked away feeling that “organized religion makes people feel like shit about themselves”. He expressed that he wants the music of GHOST to help people feel good about themselves and their mention of Satan is to represent freedom from guilt not evil. I enjoy the music of Ghost and accept the lyrics in the spirit of his comments. I hope that one day he privately comes to athe realization that God loves him and everyone else for that matter. He’s a great entertainer and someone I’d love to meet and have a beer or cup of coffee with.

My boyfriend came to me a year ago and was like "Listen to this band I found!!" And as I started listening to the newer versions of old songs with him, I was like "huh.. I know this band." My middle school best friend (ten years ago now, sheesh) was obsessed and at the time I didn't like this genre of music and now Ghost is primarily what I've been listening to since my boyfriend re-introduced them. Not just for the genre (as much as I love that now), but the musical beauty of the chords, rhythms, and harmonies! Get to see them in August :)

Every papa definitely had different personalities Papa 1- the one who started everything he gives off a very cautious vibe and wants everything to go his way but loves to let lose only with his close friends and a huge softie even though he looks rough- Papa 2- definitely a free soul, he loves to party and a rebel, he likes to be more carefree about his music too and his performance on stage. Papa 3- him and papa 4 would definitely get along they both have almost similar personalities, but papa 3 set the bar super high out of all of his siblings after he won the grammy, HE KNOWS HE'S AMAZING and he's not afraid to show it (big d energy) and extremely clumsy Papa 4- a bit self concious knowing how high the standards Nihil had after Terzo won a grammy, he's very ambitious and wants to do his bwst to make his mom proud of him definitely has ADHD (big d energy but prefers to not show it off unlike flirty Terzo)

My father introduced me to ghost a few years ago, can't remember exactly how long but I've only recently started looking into the lore and live performances, this definitely helped me become more interested lol
I was at RITE HERE RITE NOW on opening night and I had a seat next to an older couple. I wanna say Mid 60s early 70s. They were both dressed very consistently and the lady even had a rosary and crucifix. I was like "Oh no... I hope they know what they're about to watch." And oh my god.... She knew every word to every song and when the new song dropped at the end and I started violently sobbing (my fiance had left me after dancing to life eternal and it was just a whole lot of emotions in that movie for me) She hugged me and we both just started swaying to the song together. I love how Ghost was able to give that amazing moment to us. And honestly I love them so much.
Just go to a show, I bought a ticket, practiced some of the verses ( for class participation! don't just sit there! ) and went, now I'm a fan, and look Mom, no depression :D ps- the silence in 'Year Zero' is deafening :)

I saw Ghost BC as they were known first as, in 2013 at Rock on the Range. I was mesmerized. The costumes and their anonymity along with Papa Emeritus, I loved them. Now 10 years later I finally see them again in Indy. They were awesome. They are awesome. Your video is great, you really show it all to convince your friend. Great video and great clips. Papa will be proud when he sees this video.

I am from USA but music form over seas is so much better the USA groups. Germany also has many super groups. Finland has a few also that are super and then you have England which has produced many of super bands and singers. All and all i love Ghost and Europe music bands and singers.
