How to use autofill in Word
To use the autofill feature, you can follow these four steps:
      1. Choose your text
Select the text that you want to turn into an autofill suggestion by highlighting it. You can do this either in a new document or in a document on which you're already working. Be sure that you only select the text you want to use by omitting spaces. However, you can include spaces if you wish to have an AutoText suggestion that's multiple words.

      2. Navigate to the AutoText menu
There are several ways to navigate to the AutoText menu. One option is to select the "Insert" tab on the main ribbon at the top of your document. From the "Insert" menu, locate the submenu called "Text." Here, there's a menu called "Quick Parts." Select this dropdown menu, followed by "AutoText." Finally, click on "Save Selection to AutoText Gallery." Another way to open the AutoText menu is to press the "Alt" and "F3" keys simultaneously. Both methods open the "Create a New Building Block" window.
      3. Create a new building block
In the "Create a New Building Block" menu, select the options you want to use for your new entry. In many cases, you can keep the default options. When creating a new building block, the default option is to insert your content only, which has your autofill entry appear exactly as created. You can also select "Insert content in its own paragraph," which places a line break before and after your text. Finally, "Insert content in its own page" places your text on a separate page. Select whichever option best fits your needs, then select "OK" to add your entry.
      4. Use your new AutoText entry
When you type the first four letters of your AutoText entry, a small ribbon appears, giving you the option to use your entry. Press the "Enter" key and your entry appears. You can also insert your autofill entry by navigating back to the "Quick Parts" menu, in which there's a list of your AutoText entries. You can simply click on the entry you want, and it appears.
      These are the ways. THANKS
