These are my favorite elevators, and I rode when visiting South Bend. I love the atrium of this building, and the elevators (this one and the DoubleTree ones) get great views of the atrium. I'm unsure if the 2000s mod was done by either Cavinder or Schindler. Let me know in the comments. But Otis modernized two of the elevators. I feel like this mod was unnecessary because these already got a mod from the 2000s, but it might be to keep up with elevator codes. Regardless, I would recommend riding these despite the fact they are modernized again.
