    A card being "good" is incredibly vague, especially if they are HTs and specific techs (which like you said, format+ environment dependent).
    I think honing your understanding of your game fundamentals, knowing your deck vs your environment, and personal playstyle are far more important to refine and improve on.
    Netsdecking itself should only be used strictly as a starting point and not as a crutch. Learn the basics, interactions, and choke points. Modify and playtest, playtest, and playtest alot. Use player feedback whenever you can.
    Imagine you say a deck or group of cards are good, get played, and that fool gets shit on in a tournament. Salty players grill you alive by playing blame games and unhelpful feedback. They stagnate instead of learning.
