Mortar efficiency is also wrong. We practically know that smooth surface does not hold mortar efficiency. Also flyash and aac bricks loose wall mortar in 4-5 years. If there is seepage in wall then flyash and aac wall loose mortar so you have to again spend money for repairing.

Please correct AAC block density is less than that of water when it is supplied at site {less than 1000kg/cum}
Or if it is high dense AAC Blocks it may be 1200Kg/cum
