people love singers who can breath in at maximal lung capacity and scream out or blow out the voice as long as possible at a really high pitch voice....like in an opera. this is definitely hard for people from china because they are culturally heavy smokers and a heavy industrious nation in the world...smoke and lungs just don't go together...i even heard in china all 'man' needs to smoke to be 'manly' i personally am not a fan of that kind of songs so i can't say much, but i have a friend who can scream for a looong time to a point where he blow out all the carbondioxide CO2 for a long period of time....this causes his vessels in the brain to constrict....then he passed out....

HBMC ooh look at another person getting offended at my comment. here is a little something if it makes you feel better.... white people are at higher risk of skin cancer than black people because they have fairer skin. black people tend to have stronger bones (yes it is proven). more black people tend to have sickle cell trait compared to white people. so on....it is genetics. if i see an old chinese guy coughing blood from china i will say it is either TB or lung cancer why? in the u.s you don't even see TB unless you have AIDS...no blood? thats SARS... 5% of the europeans are lactose intolerant, but guess what? 90% of asians are lactose intolerant....another example is japanese have higher incidence of stomach cancer than someone from UK, because japanese eat too much smoked fish..am i being racist? nope....it is a cultural thing..... btw....... people cheering is different from people ranking the singers. your argument is irrelevant. i would cheer for everyone who is on the stage haha. you know what for god's sake i will delete that silly comment about the 'chinese' audience.....
Zylo Thecat I agree with you. The southern part especially Fujian have a lot of smokers and indeed heavy smokers. I do not know the other part of the China whether they are heavy smokers or not but I enjoy his performance. :)
ChocoHimeII culturally speaking in china and many other countries like russia have the most amount of smokers. and workers that are exposed to factory pollution. i didn't say EVERY chinese smokes. #1 smokers atm is serbia but china is not very far off. compared to countries like india or laos in asia, chinese people smoke more...but japanese and koreans do smoke more than chinese but are we talking about them?
不明白為什麼那麼多人批評張杰，唱功就擺在這裡，論歌藝論個性或個人修養，我覺得他比香港任何一個男歌手都優秀！如果他來香港表演，相信95%的男歌手都會給他PK掉。黑他的人多因為他老婆謝娜名氣太大，當時張杰還不是很紅，給別人感覺是靠關係，所以他才參加"我是歌手"，讓觀眾讓評委來評自己，來證明自己是歌手，是有實力的！這讓我非常的欣賞他！張杰付出的努力，有現在的歌藝是自己苦練得來的！
