I cannot tell you how much I've loved and needed you talking about your ADHD journey/funks because this is exactly how I feel. It's like these cycles where I feel amazing for a time and I'm super productive and then I'm just flat for a week or so. It's so frustrating but it's nice to know I'm not alone 🥹

1) No need to apologize for the scattered thoughts. All our brains are fried. We’re right there with you, girl.
2) I get out of a funk by going through it, but still doing motions otherwise. Tried shoving everything away, and the rebound came back stronger. Feel your feelings, but still do the other stuff (easier said than done, obviously). I love depressed grocery shopping now.
3) Film/post whatever you want on the main channel. Many of us, including myself, are actually not on TikTok. We will watch. The views may not be what they once were, but your tried and true are still here.
Alisha inviting Ashley to go work at a coffee shop together and then asking Ashley how long she is going to be only to say “I’ll just leave early if I have to” is the most little sitter thing ever! 😂

Love watching ur vlogs :) also LOVE that standing desk. One thing that helps me get out of a funk is forcing myself to do a class that's out of my comfort zone or take myself on a little coffee shop date or movie by myself
One thing that helps me when I’m in a funk is taking a shower and washing my hair and everything also taking a bath with lit candles helps me maybe try some bath salts or bath bombs I never used them but I do know people who do and they love them

14:15 Yes! With my ADHD (personally) I find I spend so much time ruminating on what is the best decision to make (what is the best order to complete my to do list, what’s the most “productive” task I have, what is the most efficient plan I can make) and I end up spending hours, sometimes even a whole day trying to map it out (or sometimes get decision paralysis/overwhelmed and don’t make it past a couple hours of trying to plan). But the hours/full day spent planning, mixed with my already veryyyyy prevalent burn out (from being undiagnosed for so many years, masking constantly, and having to re-shape/re-wire my days to try to accommodate to non-neurodivergent people in my life, it is enough to just fully stop me. Dead in my tracks. Then I have a list that I’ve tried to plan, but got freaked out, and gave up. Then shame starts to build because I didn’t do ANYTHING and instead just spent hours thinking about HOW I would do SOMETHING.
Soooo my long winded ramble is to say 1. You’re not alone and 2. The idea of making the list and not even giving yourself time to think about the list and just starting. Starting on literally anythinggg anywhereee on the list (even if your list isn’t fully done yet, tell yourself you can add to it again later) just getting yourself up and starting is usually a good push for me that I can often use the momentum to propel me further through my day!! Wishing you luck, slumps are normal, go easy on yourself, but proud of you for wanting to pull yourself out! Any and all adhd content is alwayssss welcomed by me at least, I’m always looking for new tips. So the chaos of this vlog was so perfect for me, when you said “hope you’re keeping up” I was like oh yeah girl, I’m right here with ya!!! 🤣🤣🫶🫶

Yes I binged nobody wants this! So good lol. As for depression I try to at least sit on the sun/go for a walk. I live on Vancouver island bc Canada and the winter is the worst for my depression 🫠. So much rain lol 😅. But yes sun and moving my body! 💕 love yooou.
You had so much growth when you were on your own, and we can finally continue that chapter with you! It makes perfect sense to take care of what's yours and be able to make healthy habits which in turn balances the mind and you'll feel accomplished and rejuvenated. So excited for you!
