Very unique work Mary, love the colour scheme and the veining it looks like real stone. I remember the gravity cakes and the split cakes showing stones in the centre forget the name, but this design is lovely in the way it blends the colours and adding the gold accent veins helps it really stand out.

Very nice! I really like, It feels like when your looking at clouds you can see shapes & visuals . I wonder if it would work on rice paper? Next time I would take that middle part and make a double barrel cake and use the whole part with the clouds in the middle of the pink sky it looks like that to me when you’re first started on the board . Many possibilities
You did a similar technique on a mirror glaze cake before. I got to say as pretty as the mirror glaze is, I think this is much easier. Less messy lol And as always, absolutely beautiful
