Hi sir, I have been following your videos since long. Awesome just awesome....
Now, I have a query, perhaps only you could answer me. Because even our R& D couldn't answer this.
We are using c18 prontosil column for hair color ingredients quantification. Very complex compound are there in the sample (P - phenylene diamine, m-amino phenol, resorcinol, Hydroxylamine ethanol diamine and diamonio phenoxy ethanol).
Issue are :
1.very low injection run (hardly 150)
2. Peaks broadening
3. Tailing
4. High pressure drops
Please give a proper solution where we could make an efficient use.
