    Kailangan sa buyer na ipa professionally appraise ang property na gustong bilihin. Yang net pricing ay malaking dagdag sa tunay na asking price. Sa pagkakaalm ko, yung buyer ang magbabayad ng capital gains tax ng property. Ano ba naman yun? Kumita na and seller yung byer pa magbabayad ng tax sa kinita.     Gusto kong mag focus sa house, pero sobrang dami ng mga clutter at masakit sa mata. Kaya mahirap ma-imagine ang potential ng bahay para sa buyer. Sana nilimas muna yung mga gamit at personal belongings bago nag showing. Nag mistulang antique shop ang interior, siguro super seniors na ang sellers. Bawas asking price na lang if ayaw ng buyer ng furniture at gamit.
