Actually EXO's Chen & Baekhyun also had like 8-9 months of trainee period with actually only 4 months of training & another 4 months spent to prepare for debuting in EXO. But them being two of the top vocalists in k-pop, they were born super talented. And SM hit the jackpot when they found both of them in a single audition. And yes Seunghan needs to be back. He's been punished enough for doing literally nothing.
I think SM has the best casting among kpop companies. When you compare some SM idols' audition performance with other idols from other companies you can see how SM cast good talent.
Am i the only one who thinks YG actually don't have that good female rapper that it's been claimed. I mean among companies thay have most girl rapper that are really rapper and not just some who mumbling words, but they sound exactly the same. This YG swag that you talk about has been copy pasted among the girl rapper. I am not saying they are not good. I'm saying they are just not unique and versatile. About Hybe i completely agree. Hybe does not have any identity to keep up with. The big three build some standards for themselves and for industry. So they stay in those standards but Hybe tries to hard to be relevant and equal to big 3 yet dose not have the base material.

@@tarmin. IKR they select the best kind of talents as their trainees. Sometimes it's only icky if they're street casted from visuals only.
