    Your videos have been really helpful! I just started working for a glass company and am working in their Fleetwood Showroom. I knew nothing about windows reading about them is harder for me to absorb the information. Watching videos is much better for my learning style. Great work and super informative! Bless you!

    Thank you I couldn't figure out what the part of the window you used to open was called. The lit rail.

    15:33 it also cancels the warranty of the window if done in the field.

      I hate to disagree in my viewers, but in this case you're absolutely wrong.

      @@HoustonWindowExperts if you purchase a window with flanges, cut them off yourself, you’re saying that will not affect the warranty?

    • @HoustonWindowExperts
      @HoustonWindowExperts  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Goodknowledge4522 that's correct.

      @@HoustonWindowExperts I have to say, unfortunately that is not correct. Purchasing a window, cutting off the flanges, and installing that window, would absolutely affect the warranty. Perhaps different manufactures in different areas work different, but I have never come across one who would cover that window once that was done.

      @Goodknowledge4522 I understand your position on this. You are correct, it could vary from manufactured or manufacture. I just know in my experience, but that is not a concern.
      I would advise anyone who plans on buying a window and removing the nailing fin to consult with the manufacturer if they have this concern.

    Great video, loving this channel. Can you please do a video on how different manufacturers handle custom window shapes, and which ones don't? And custom window grids to go with those shapes?

    We are building a school but we are in Japan. Can I order windows from YOU ? Or can I buy them directly from the factory ? If I go through a Japanese dealer they double the price.

    Do you sell retractable vertical screens for patio sliding doors? If not, can you recommend brand that is not to bulky and preferably black in color. Needing a double for bi-part doors.Thank you!
