You can take a tour inside Glen Canyon Dam (and Hoover Dam) if you like that sort of thing. You can also take boat rides out on the lake into Glen Canyon. Also, there are other parts of Zion worth visiting, like the Kolob Terrace. I also recommend driving Utah state road 12, very scenic.
