I think the "Tijuana" comment by Sam might be a sex-worker insult, that city being notorious (don't know if true) as somewhere randy men pop across the border for their bachelor weekends, so in his strange Sammish way he's picturing blonde Ainsley dressed as Maria von Trapp in a brothel. Or something.
AFAIK risotto is *always* cooked in stock AND butter, but there's always something cringe to me in the way Americans talk about cuisine (esp in TWW), like they think they know what they're talking about, yet it always feeling like an 8yr-old explaining why Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment is their bedtime story of choice.
Spoiler-free thought re Jed-Toby: Jed's relationship with Josh, Sam and (to some extent) CJ is paternal; with Leo, it's fraternal; with Toby it's something quite different, just man-to-man, civil but (for all Jed's come-and-play-chess-up-at-the-farm-ness) not even, really, _friendship_ - Toby's truly fierce moral core is professionally vital to the presidency, but not necessarily in keeping with Jed the man.
I hope you won't mind if I suggest if you might consider doing two episodes per cast? I'm just seeing the back end of 2027 by the time you finish up the whole series...
