ww2 Stinger had with rapid fire an 6/10, thats doubled the fire rate. since its an 2-shot weapon it made it absolutely overpowered with rapid fire and quickdraw.
I'm gonna disagree hard with the Cavalry Lancer barrel being useless in BOCW. An LMG (especially the M60) with that barrel could absolutely SHRED scorestreaks, to the point where you could just not bother running Ghost because you could destroy UAV's quicker than any launcher could. In BO2 the select fire attachment was best suited for the AN-94 due to the fact the first 2 shots has a high fire rate as the AN-94 already has high damage and low recoil.
The select fire is good for burst weapons. The swat556 in bo2 has higher damage, range (I think) and fire rate than the M27, and with burst fire it basically turns into a better M27 as long as you can handle the extra recoil. Which is exactly why it’s my favorite.
I think the slug rounds are completely unwarranted on this list, maybe they would do something if you didn’t have the shortest barreled shotgun mod in the game! You need the sport barrel and the monolithic suppressor at least. Also I haven’t played in a while so I think those are the attachments I remember
