Good Job Kevin... I lived in Memphis in the 90's and ate at every location you discussed with Craig. All good advice. I would add Neelys on Highway 61, certainly the Rendezvous downtown being an iconic local and...I will probably be mocked for this one...I am a fan of (the many in town) Tops BBQ as I find their Dinner Plate one of the quickest, best lunches in town. They have a mustard based sauce that I love.
