Streets of Rage 3 - Unlock Super Axel Stone.

Select Axel - push and hold A button + rotate the left stick clockwise . All this(hold on A button and rotate stick) before the start of the level.
Button A is a - (special attack in the game). On my controller (xbox360) left shoulder = button A(sega mega drive controller).))
Select Axel - hold A button(in my case it is the - left shoulder ) + rotate the left stick clockwise . All this(hold on A button and rotate stick) before the start of the level

The ONLY way to play American Streets 3.

The exact command is ⬆⬇⬅➡, right as the screen fades in and Axel is running into the room. It's a pretty short window, a litlle more than half a second.
The game doesn't require exact inputs for that so it's easier to just keep rotating the d-pad clockwise quickly as stage 1 starts.
