I just want to share something a few weeks back i was setting things really really high up from my baseline to the point that i wasnt even working that was until i watched the hamza advanced video(sorted by most popular) about getting out of a rut and i am telling you hamza saved me from atleast a month of pain. I set up that i would study 12 hours for my baseline but i used to study like half an hour (even less )than that but after setting a baseline (5 hours ) i got to 8 and still increasing so thank you , love from india❤
I don’t agree because as a fighter you’re always gonna be sore and in pain but that’s the path you chose. Fighting is at a basic level mostly pain and pain tolerance. A fighter must learn to completely ignore and disregard pain and injuries. Avoid making injuries worse but never let anyone see you’re in pain in practice because if you show it in training you will definitely show it in fights and then your opponent will exploit those weaknesses
Don’t you think all life is struggle and pain and you just learn to deal with it? My childhood was full with struggling and pain but I was just enjoying it… I moved out of parents house at 19 because I didn’t like them (now I understand them fully and want to help them) now I work normal job and want to achieve something of myself but it’s again painful.. What’s your thoughts and opinions?
True, my cousin who I hard sparred was destroying my leg but he didn’t know because my expression didn’t change so he stopped kicking and then I got some good licks off
Hamza remember you said you are going to vlog your weekly adventure, I am excited man,I hope you go on the adventure, have fun and also vlog it for us to watch, I hope the vlog releases till Monday. Btw, I turn 18 on Sunday, 12th January.
Hamza do you still go outside for walks and do grounding i've found it helping me with the same kind of brainfog of just sitting inside. Another thing is alot of water in the morning helps alot. Magnesiumglycinate a game changer for muscles
I'm a soccer player and i injured myself in the same way, I played even though my body was telling me otherwise, and the consequence of that was that I seriously sprained my ancle, wich made me unable to walk let alone train for a few weeks. So, the moral of the story is to listen to your body. It sure would be bad if you injured yourself before your first fight, @Hamza
I think after weeks of hard training a week off is good. Your nervous system and joints need that time off. I overtrained in the gym for years and made new progress then started deloads and when I came back made faster progress Same thing with learning guitar. I remember hitting a brick wall at a point. Then would give it a couple weeks, come back and everything's ingrained in your nervous system. And you're way better I Don't think the go go go mentality is good for learning anything or training. Unless you're lazy and have a consistency problem.
Hey hamza i have a question, does only uploading self improvement videos and doing stuff like selling courses related to self improvement can get me to 10,000 dollars per month or it is crucial to sell a product other than course to get to 10,000 dollars per month?
@@DenisNenkov i mean its better to make 10k than not to, if you dont sacrifice anything important over it like health, family, relationships, moral to an extreme, then i dont see a problem with making 10k
@DenisNenkov no i want the young generation to get on self improvement and tell them there are other ways to make money instead of rat race which everyone follow. But there is always one fear that what if i am not able to earn money myself.
I noticed James' tricks to find openings aren't really working anymore in sparring. Good shit Hamza! If I can find one issue in your game it's your footwork it's like your bouncing rabbit lol. And you back up way too much. But other than that clean champ.
These people saying first think they're gonna get a prize by Hamza himself
yeah bro same type guys who like their own comments
I'm a photographer and I'll take photos of your fight event for free. I've been watching you since 2020 and would love to capture such a huge moment.

no, you dont ignore injuries lol, if you have them you need to rest until theyre gone or youre destroying your body slowly
The thing is all the best fighters take a lot of time off and breaks at certain points during the year

course is the product, and will get you to 10k
Do you think 10K a month will be what you always wanted or big influencers brainwashed you into thinking that?
