@@MaNNeRz91, I might be mistaken but I thought he said he hit 20 to 25 psi on the Dyno and when it comes to the internal parts only he would know so I'm not going to make accusations on how he built his bike, if hes going to try 30 psi good for him I just want to see what numbers it makes if it stays together which it probably will if he's already pushes 25 psi.
I would change to a longer gear ratio so you can take advantage of that power without having to come off the throttle to stop the bike from flipping. holly shit man that bike is a beast!
absolutely crazy! its awesome! also how often do you do engine rebuilds? it seems that the piston would need to be replaced frequently since its not made to handle that combustion pressure and the piston will loose strength and fail pretty quickly, right? the rest of the motor should handle it better as the rod can probably handle it since rods are much more prone to high rpm fatigue rather than downwards force and the crank im not sure about but the crank is the toughest part of the motor. anyways im curious about your maintenance schedule and just a tip is that you should replace the piston often.
You will definitely gain HP with more timing. Awesome build! Learning the tuning as you go? im doing the same thing with a RZR 800. custom turbo kit, learning to tune as i go. tons of fun

So at 100hp you have equal to or better power to weight ratio than a ninja h2r, bmw s1000rr ect…. Let’s what it rides like with a smaller sprocket in rear maybe a 44-46 tooth should easily have you up over 100mph. Let’s see some drag runs with smaller sprocket

My question is how do all of the stock internal engine components hold up with this type of horsepower, considering it wasn’t designed for 100 hp wouldn’t that cause some kind of engine failure down the road?
@@xfdfff2620 They are very much rideable. They aren't pipey like a smaller engine, allthough they will rev extremely fast once you get into the boost.
