We decided for this collab to focus exclusively on some of the memorable deaths in ER.
11 of us participated in the collab, and we each had 2 parts to vid. Some of us vidded the same death for both parts, others vidded 2 different deaths.
This is lloyd159263's first time vidding with us! Please welcome him to the group. :D
I tried to render this collab in HD but it wouldn't work so I had to do 480p, sorry. I hope no one minds, I think it still looks like it's great quality. Also, I added the coloring for the whole collab and all the watermarks and the end credits - I'm luvtheheaven5 per usual of course. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

There is almost a sense of transition from one reality to the next through the technique and color, and yet you are acutely aware of the heartbreak on the side of those remaining, left behind by the one or ones that have passed, exquisite yet haunting.
er needs to be put on netfix live streaming already.
Lopido it's on HULU. All 15 seasons...I've never seen it before...I'm on season 2 and I'm LOVING it!

The *only* thing *I* didn't like was that it is in B&W. *I* just happen to feel that it doesn't add anything to it (but that's probably why I'm not a videographer, either 😆).
Otherwise, it's absolutely perfect...the haunting music, the length of the clips, the sequence/order the clips are in... it's all amazingly sublime. ❤😭💔

The episode where Gates tries to save Meg from and overdose gets me every time. His acting and Sarah's acting is so SPOT ON and so emotional that it seems real. They could not have done a better job acting.
This is wonderful! I love the way you included voiceovers. I've only seen the first two seasons (thus only Raul's death so far) but this makes me want to watch them all. The part with Luka's children really got to me. What seasons do these deaths happen in?
In none of them, it's a flashback of his past...

Aw. Sadness. You forget in the course of such a long show how much loss can really occur. It's slightly sad too that it's been so long since I've seen the show, I can't even remember the Tony stoyline with the mother who died was, or forgot that Pratt died ( and sort of forgot his name until it just hit me lol). I liked this a lot!
I *completely* forgot about Raul, and his death, alone, damn near broke me (little did I know about allllllllllllll of the others that would come later). 😭💔
*sniff*Wow! Loved this. So emotional. This song gets me every time. Amazing job to everyone. Some of the saddest deaths, for me, were Greene and Pratt, and Lucy above all.

@GreysALIASAnatomy Well Sarah was a huge part of the show... and her mother's the one that died lol! :P You probably remember Sarah and how she was basically adopted by Tony and living with him and was even a part of the plot of the series finale. ;)

@CountyGeneralVidders I actually meant all the deaths in the video. I looked them up but I only found some of them. As for watching the rest of the show, I have the third and fourth season coming in the mail. I'll see after I'm done watching those.

@waterlilyqueen Luka's children die before the show starts but you find out his children died over the course of season 6, which is his first season. The scenes in this are largely from season 7 though. He has some flashbacks and explains his story FINALLY in "The Crossing". AMAZING episode. Seasons 6-8 might be some of my favorites although it's truly hard for me to decide. All 15 seasons are epic. You really should try to watch them all. First Raul, then I forget when Benton's mom dies, within the first 4 seasons I'm pretty sure. Gant in s3... Lucy, Luka's kids kinda, and Mark's father in s6, Luka's kids continued kinda and Benton's Nephew in s7, Carla and Mark dies in s8, Carter's grandmother & Kerry's miscarriage s9, Romano & Carter & Kem's stillborn son & Sandy s10, Chen's dad s11, Gallant s12, Sarah's mom s13, and Pratt & Cate Banfield's son in season 15!
The son of one of the doctors died early on.
Yes! Dr. Anspaugh's son, Scott, dies of leukemia. That's another one I'd forgotten about until you mentioned it. 😭

I honestly couldn't care less about Gates and his family, they were all so annoying...
Meg's death was heartbreaking. Chloe Greenfield was showing off some AMAZING acting skills for someone so young and I don't get why you left this comment. If you don't have anything nice to say... don't say anything at all.
I am not complaing about the acting of the actors, I adore John Stamos but hate his character on the show. And I left this comment because this is a space to let comments. Not all deaths of ER were heartbreaking to me and if I want to say which deaths were, I will say it, I am not ofending the actors or you. Respect differents opinions, honey.
You didn't though. You said which ones you didn't like. You left a negative comment when you could've at least mentioned something positive in the comment, too. :P
Like for instance, "I found __'s death really heartbreaking, though" could've even been added to your original comment lol.
"Honey", this is a fanvideo that we worked hard to edit. It'd be nice if you left comments about the actual fanvideo and our editing choices. In my opinion, this isn't the place to voice random opinions about the show and the characters. You could do that when someone just uploads a scene with no editing, just the original audio & video clip from the show. That's the place to discuss this kind of thing. You, of course, *can* voice these kinds of opinions here, but try to keep in mind we look at the comments to see what people think of our artwork, which is what vidding is to us.
