I have always wished she could have gotten another shot at Catwoman. She played that role like she was born to it!! I have been and still am praying for another run at it.
I've heard tons of harsh comments on her performance as Catwoman, but IMO she did the best she could do with a lousy script. I was actually impressed by how good she was with material that lackluster.

Refined sugar* Every other food or fruit you consume have sugar just a different type of sugar but everything is moderation. You can't be consuming drinks high in sugar, then eat foods that is also high in sugar, eat snacks that also contains sugar, fruits that also contain sugar... When you add all of that by the end of the day, you have consumed too much sugar especially if you are not burning it into energy
It's not rocket science: - good sleep (at least 8 hours of mostly REM) - low stress (cortisol will age you quicker than anything else) - good nutrition (low carb/low sugar diet, make sure you're not deficient in any vitamins or minerals, etc) - exercise (while protecting your joints) - skin care (moisturizer, rollers, sunscreen) The one thing that's seldom mentioned is botox, fillers and skin peels. All these actors dabble in that. And so long as it's done in moderation, you won't look unnatural.
I know right...why don't they EVER admit that routine facials are apart of aging gracefully. There has to be frequent skin cell turnover & regular collagen stimulation @ least in order to look 30-40 @ 50&60🙄 Many of us regular folk know this @ this day & age.

I prioritize my sleep. I’ve bought all kinds of gadgets, learned dozens of techniques, bought a 100 apps, but still struggle with getting adequate sleep. Unfortunately some people struggle with sleep while others don’t. My sister can just lay down, close her eyes and fall asleep. I can’t do that. 😩
